With almost two decades of experience as a health coach, my journey began as a personal trainer focused on weight loss transformations, strength & conditioning for athletes, and helping my father recover after his stroke, which eventually led me to pursue a degree in Physical Therapy. In my early years, I dedicated myself to sports, culminating in being named an alternate for Team USA in the 2004 Olympic Games. Injuries and the subsequent rehab process fueled my interest in becoming a Physio.
I tend to view fitness through the 'lens of an athlete', and I strive to push, encourage, and help my clients work towards their ultimate goals. As I've grown older, I've become fond of resistance bands and suspension trainers like TRX, while still incorporating dumbbells and kettlebells into my routines. Boxing is my favorite cardio workout, particularly after having to give up distance running following two lumbar disc procedures.
