After years of participating in competitive athletics and working in physical therapy, I've developed a passion for training people in injury prevention and rehabilitation, as well as those managing degenerative diseases.

I specialize in functional core and strength training, senior populations, and pre/post natal clientele. I uses a holistic approach to wellness, incorporating breath-work, nutrition, and mindfulness coaching if the client is interested.
