I love working with clients of all ability and experience levels. I've taught health and physical education for years and have taught every style of group fitness from bootcamp, spin and weightlifting to barre, trx and pilates. I'm upbeat, kind and compassionate and the type of trainer who will always show up with a smile on my face, ready to listen to what you need in the moment.
As a former teacher and lifelong lover of learning, I will be sure that you understand the hows and whys of your form and technique for each movement. I'm is a mother of two and have spent much of the last 6 years working with the pre/postnatal population. I believes breath work, functional movements, and life balance are all keys to success. Whether you are training for life or to make the varsity team, I will help you become the strongest version of yourself.
