With almost two decades of experience as a health coach, my journey began as a personal trainer focused on weight loss transformations, strength & conditioning for athletes, and helping my father recover after his stroke, which eventually led me to pursue a degree in Physical Therapy. In my early years, I dedicated myself to sports, culminating in being named an alternate for Team USA in the 2004 Olympic Games. Injuries and the subsequent rehab process fueled my interest in becoming a Physio.
I tend to view fitness through the 'lens of an athlete', and I strive to push, encourage, and help my clients work towards their ultimate goals. As I've grown older, I've become fond of resistance bands and suspension trainers like TRX, while still incorporating dumbbells and kettlebells into my routines. Boxing is my favorite cardio workout, particularly after having to give up distance running following two lumbar disc procedures.

Growing up, I used food as a friend until I discovered the joys of aerobics and fitness. I was fortunate enough to have traveled the world as a professional dancer and singer, and eventually "retired" to a full-time career in fitness. I have a passion for what I do and enjoy working with people of all ages, helping them to develop their own unique fitness paths. Having personally experienced several injuries, I take great pleasure in assisting others in reclaiming their lives through fitness.
